Delivery/Shipping fee

Delivery company

Products will be delivered by our affiliated delivery company (Yamato Transport).

Specify delivery date

Please select your desired delivery date and time during the order process. However, it usually takes about 3 to 7 business days from the time you place your order to the time it is delivered, so please specify a delivery date with plenty of time to spare. If you do not specify otherwise, we will arrange for delivery on the "shortest day".
*Shipping operations are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays.

When ordering, please specify your delivery time from one of the five options below.

*Please note that delivery may take longer than usual if there is a large number of orders or if there is a consecutive holiday due to our company's holiday.
*Please note that delivery to Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa, and other remote islands and remote locations may take longer than usual.
*If you are not present on the delivery date, the delivery company will leave a notice of absence and take the product back to you.

If the product you ordered is out of stock

In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is out of stock, we may contact you to that effect and cancel your order.

If the total product price for a single order is 50,000 yen or more including tax, we will deliver the product free of charge.
Please note that if the total product price is less than 50,000 yen (tax included), a shipping fee of 836 yen will be charged for each order.

If the period for receiving the product has passed

After the product is shipped, Yamato Transport will store your package for up to 7 days regardless of the reason.
If you receive an absentee ticket, please immediately request redelivery to the nearest store listed on the absentee ticket.
If the storage period is exceeded, the item will be automatically returned to us and your order will be cancelled.
If a product is returned due to an unknown address or long-term absence, payment methods for subsequent orders will be limited to bank transfer, credit card payment, Amazon Pay, and Rakuten Pay.
Please also note that if the product is returned due to the customer's refusal to accept the product, we will refuse future transactions.


<Customers using cash on delivery>
We will charge you the round-trip shipping fee (actual cost).
(Customers who receive free shipping will be charged the return shipping fee (actual cost).)
We will inform you of the transfer deadline and specified bank account via email, so please pay the shipping fee.
Please note that we cannot reship the item for any reason.

<Customers using credit card payment, Amazon Pay, Rakuten Pay>
We will refund the amount minus the round-trip shipping cost (actual cost) from the product price.
(For customers whose item was shipped free of charge, we will refund the amount minus the return shipping fee (actual cost) from the product price.)
In addition, if you wish to have the product re-shipped, we will charge "round-trip shipping (actual cost) + re-shipping shipping" in addition to the product price.
(Customers who receive free shipping will be charged the return shipping fee (actual cost) + reshipping fee.)
We will inform you of the transfer deadline and specified bank account via email, so please make the payment.
We will reship the item once we receive confirmation of your payment.
Please note that if we do not receive payment within the deadline, we will cancel your order.
