YOKO CHAN

After giving birth, I was a full-time housewife for over 10 years, but at some point I always felt that I wanted to be a little more involved in society and to get involved in some kind of work. A job opening at YOKO CHAN caught my eye, and I took the plunge and applied because I love fashion, I can commute from home by bicycle, and most importantly, I had always thought the brand was great. I was worried about being out of work for over 10 years, but they welcomed me even though I had no experience, and encouraged me to work in a reasonable way, so I decided to join the company, thinking I could continue working for a long time.

I am mainly in charge of labor and accounting. Although it is a part-time job, I feel it is rewarding to be entrusted with a responsible job. When you need help with tasks other than your own, I will help you with a variety of tasks. I would be happy if I could increase my withdrawals and feel that I am being useful to the company. At home, I am the mother of two girls, ages 11 and 4. I'm busy on weekdays, so I spend my holidays relaxing with my family. We have tea together after attending our children's lessons, immerse ourselves in cooking and baking our favorite sweets, and recently have been enjoying online live shows. After putting the kids to bed, I watch movies and foreign dramas to enjoy my time, and sometimes staying up late is the best part of holidays.

Balancing family and work is often difficult, but it is a fulfilling day. It has become important to skillfully switch between roles and situations as a mother, wife, and individual, and this helped me reaffirm my identity. Women in particular sometimes take a break from work due to changes in their life stages, but I am glad that I was able to re-evaluate my own way of life by returning to work.

I am grateful that I am able to enjoy my work as much as I do now because of the understanding and flexible attitude of the members in the workplace. Everyone loves YOKO CHAN and works with pride, and everyone supports each other to perform at their best.
